The Vice-Chancellor for Research inaugurates the 15th Course in Current Affairs in Science

The Vice-Chancellor for Research and Knowledge Transfer of the University of Salamanca, Juan Manuel Corchado, officially opened yesterday afternoon the 15th Course in Current Affairs in Science organized by the Science Park of the University of Granada.

The speech given by the Vice-Chancellor at the opening ceremony of this course, which this year is being held under the title “ROBOTS. Humans and Machines”, revolved around the concepts of robotics and industry 4.0.

The 15th Course in Current Affairs in Science of the University of Granada is being held thanks to the collaboration of the Regional Ministry of Education  Regional Ministry of Education of Andalusia, the FECYT Foundation, the CEP of Granada and the DASA Museum of Dortmund (Germany). During the months of March and April, these days of science dissemination will bring participants closer to the world of automatons and robots, as well as the role they play in aspects as diverse and important as health, industry, art, communication and daily life. The course is given from a multidisciplinary perspective and is addressed to university students, post-graduates, instructors, professionals and the general public.
