USAL Promotes Nanotechnology Research with the Acquisition of Two Types of State of the Art Equipment

The Vice-Chancellor of Research and Knowledge Transfer, Juan Manuel Corchado, presented the new tools for the University’s Nano-electronics and Nanomaterials Laboratory – NANOLAB at the R+D+i Building. The applications of the technology acquired range over various areas of study, including Biomedicine and the development of electronic devices.

The Vice-Chancellor of Research and Knowledge Transfer of the University of Salamanca, Juan Manuel Corchado, accompanied by Julia Almeida, Director of the Nucleus Research Support Service, and Mercedes Velázquez y Enrique Díez, researchers from the Nanotechnology Group, presented the new equipment acquired to promote research at USAL in the field of nanotechnology during the press conference celebrated today in the I+D+I building.
